Fundraising for Charities
North East Welcomers hosts a variety of events throughout the year to raise funds in support of our charity. Just a few of our fun events include: Pot of Gold, Fall Festival, Holiday Luncheon/Baked Good Raffle, Quilt Raffle, and April Fools Trivia.
We also have supported the charities by attending and/or volunteering at events hosted by the charity. Over the last few years, some members have attended Bravesgiving (Brave Like Me), Madi's House Fashion Show (Madi's House), prepared a dinner for the volunteers at May we Help and many more!

Hope’s Closet provides a welcoming boutique where children in foster care can shop for new and gently used clothing, shoes, and essentials—all at no cost. Our caring Shopping Assistants help each child select items that bring comfort, confidence, and joy. Foster families can also find baby gear and supplies to prepare for new placements.
